A.1 This is a Multiple-Award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (MA IDIQ) contract for the Joint Enterprise
Contracted Logistics and Services Support II (JE-CLaSS II) program. JE-CLaSS II is in support of the Joint
Program Executive Officer for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense.
A.2 As described in the JE-CLaSS II Request for Proposal (RFP), the IDIQ consists of two (2) Domains, each with
a distinct scope of work. Domain 1 provides the full spectrum of Contractor Logistics Support (CLS), training, and sustainment execution.
Domain 2 provides acquisition logistics services, planning, development, analysis, anddocumentation related to logistics and sustainment needs.

STARS III GWAC
The Best-in-Class 8(a) STARS III GWAC is a contract designed for small businesses to provide IT services and customized IT solutions. It offers access to a diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners and supports both domestic and international requirements.
