Responsibilities of this role

  • The Contractor shall provide the NGB with analysis, planning, developing, and establishing contracting strategy and administrative functions for the Enterprise Portfolio.

  • Draft, coordinate, and Staff Decision Briefings and Staff Decision Briefing Documents for senior leadership. The Staff Decision Briefing Documents shall address, at a minimum, the following: (I) Cover Page; (2) Summary; (3) Analysis impact to the SPP; (4) Potential Course of Action (COA); (5) Risks and (6) "Pro versus Cons" side by side comparisons. The Briefing slides shall be provided to the COR, via email, for approval within the days agreed to by the Contractor and COR.

  • The Contractor shall provide acquisition analysis and technical expertise services and documentation on all acquisition and contracting documentation for NGB.

  • The Contractor shall provide Regulations and Policy Analysis Information Papers (approximately 1-2 per month) addressing NGB initiatives, training requirements, policy, guidances, and problem resolution. The Regulations and Policy Analysis Information Papers shall be provided to the COR, via email, for approval within the days agreed to by the Contractor and COR.

  • The Contractor shall provide Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) updates and initial drafts for NGB . All SOPs and subsequent updates shall be approved by the COR.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

  • Minimum of 10 years in DoD/Govemment Contracting (1102 series)

  • 5+ years of experience working with DoD contracts at the Systems level (DoD 5000 series)

  • Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWlA) level Il certification or equivalent

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
