Responsibilities of this role

Supporting the performance and administration of PMO IPPS-A Programs

Monitoring contract performance on PMO IPPS-A Programs

Maintaining a record of the various contract budgets

Provide support in formulating contract requirements and strategies throughout the acquisition lifecycle

Coordinating and interfacing with the appropriate contracting office on contract action items and contract management activities

Preparing acquisition packages

Maintaining and updating contract management schedule activities and support briefings up to the Four-star Level

Monitoring contract scheduled deliverables and provide a performance status

Tracking and maintaining a record of contract modifications

Reviewing and recording issues related to CDRLs

Monitoring, tracking and preparing contract modification requests

Conducting contract performance analysis
Qualifications and Skills:
-
7+ years w/o B.S of acquisition contract experience
-
Well versed in the Government security requirements

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of management

Bachelor’s degree is related field preferred and 3 years of experience
